refer to the Dingding Smart services (Locating, Dingding chatting, Contact lists settings, remote settings, etc.) provided to users by Dingding Smart, the operator of the Dingding Smart APP (hereinafter referred to as the "Software"), hereinafter referred to as the "Service".

3. User
refers to the user who registers, logs in and uses the products and/or services of Dingding Smart application, and is more frequently referred to as "you" in this policy.
4. Affiliates
refer to any party that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Dingding Smart. “Control” and “controlled by” here refer to the right to direct the management policies of a party through voting rights, contract or other means.
5. Account
refers to the user account you enjoy after completing the registration on Dingding Smart Application with real information. You are responsible for keeping this user account; you shall be legally responsible for all actions conducted under your account.
6. Personal information:
Person information refers to any information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a natural person alone or in combination with other information, including but not limited to the natural person's name, date of birth, ID number, personal biometric information, address, and telephone number. For the avoidance of doubt, personal information includes but is not limited to sensitive personal information.
7. Personal sensitive information:
Personal sensitive information refers to personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided or abused, may endanger personal and property safety, easily lead to damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment. Personal sensitive information includes but is not limited to identity document number, personal biometric information, bank account number, communication content, and health and physiological information.
8. Personal Information Subject :
The Personal Information Subject refers to the natural person identified by the Personal Information.
9. De-identification:
De-identification refers to the process of technically processing personal information to make that subject of personal information can’t be identified without the aid of additional information way.
10. Anonymization:
Anonymization refers to the process of making the subject of personal information unidentifiable through technical processing of personal information and the processed information can’t be restored.
11. Device
Device means a device that can be used to access the Dingding Smart Application devices, such as a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Identifier A unique device identifier (UUID) is a string of characters programmed into a device by its manufacturer that can be used to uniquely identify the device (IMEI number for mobile devices). Universally Unique Identifier have a variety of uses, including for advertising when cookies can’t be used.
13. IP Address
IP Address Every device that accesses the Internet is assigned a number, called an Internet Protocol (IP) address. These numbers are usually assigned based on geographic location. An IP address can usually be used to identify the location of a device when it is connected to the Internet.
14. SSL
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is also known as the secure socket layer. It is a security protocol implemented on the transmission communication protocol (TCP/IP). SSL supports various types of networks and provides three basic security services, all of which use public key and symmetric key technology to achieve information confidentiality.
15. Information Collection Technology :
The “automatic collection” described in this Policy by Dingding Intelligence includes the following methods:
（1）Cookie
A cookie is a small text file that the website server places on the client (your computer, mobile phone or other smart terminal) when you browse the website. It can be used to improve your user experience.
（2）Log files
Log files store certain data collected automatically, including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
（3）ET Tag (Entity Tag)
ET Tag is an HTTP protocol title transmitted behind the scenes between the Internet browser and the Internet server. It can replace Cookie and be used to track individual users, allowing us to better understanding and improve our services.
（4）JavaScript
JavaScript is a programming language used to make more interactive and dynamic web pages.JavaScript can set cookies, read cookies, and delete cookies.
Dingding Intelligent company will follow the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity to collect and use your personal information for the purposes described below:
1. Personal information you actively provide in the process of providing you with products and/or services
To achieve our basic business functions, you need to provide us with your personal information. If you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to provide you with the corresponding services. Please note: If you provide personal information that is not your own, please ensure that you have obtained the consent of the relevant subject.
（1）To facilitate your registration of a "Dingding Smart Application Account", you need to provide us with your nickname, profile picture, mobile phone number, and enter the SMS verification code to verify your identity.
（2）In order to provide you with after-sales services and corresponding functions, we need you to provide the name, mobile phone number, and address information of the recipient or sender so that we can provide you with after-sales services. If you refuse to provide them, we will not be able to provide you with this service, but it will not affect your use of other functions of Dingding Smart Application.
2. The information obtained from your use of the software and services of Dingding Smart Application
is in compliance with laws and regulations. In order to protect the security of your account and provide you with better services, we will collect and use the following information generated during your use of the products or services of Dingding Smart Application:
2.1Device Information:
In order to ensure the safe operation, quality and efficiency of the software and services, we will receive and record information about the device you use based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, including your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (Android such as IMEI, Android ID, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, GAID, MEID, iOS such as IDFV, IDFA; different identifiers vary in validity period, whether they can be reset by the user and how they are obtained), network device hardware address (MAC address), hardware serial number, IP address, WLAN access point (such as SSID, BSSID), Bluetooth, base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, usage, service logs, sensor information and other data.
2.2Log Information :
When you use our products or Dingding Smart Application services, we will automatically collect your detailed usage information and save it as a network log, including the startup and exit records of the App, operating system information, and login IP information, so that we can count the usage of our products or services, optimize our products or services, and provide you with a better service experience.
2.3Browsing History :
When you use our products or Dingding Smart Application services, we will collect your relevant browsing information, including browsing history and click history. We collect this information to improve the relevant functions of our products or services and provide you with a better service experience.
2.4Location Information :
When you turn on the device locating function and use the location-based services provided by "Dingding Smart Application" (Arrived at home or school reminders, GEO-Fence, historical locations), we will use various information for locating after obtaining your consent, eliminating the trouble of manually entering your own geographic coordinates to obtain related services. This information includes IP addresses, GPS signals, and other sensor information that can provide relevant location information (such as information about nearby devices, WLAN access points, and base stations). The purpose of collecting location information is to help parents view their children's real-time location, thereby ensuring the safety of their children and providing security protection.
We will collect the location information of the mobile phone with your permission, and the hardware device watch will report the location of the watch for basic locating: Arrived at home or school reminders, GEO-Fence, historical locations functions in the software. You can stop providing your geographic location information to the software and related services by turning off the locating function. We understand that most mobile devices allow you to turn off the locating service (for specific products or services). Please contact the service provider or manufacturer of your mobile device for specific suggestions.
2.5Watch SMS:
We will collect SMS messages from the bound watch to meet your checking needs. Collecting watch SMS messages is a necessary condition for realizing this function. We will encrypt the above information during transmission. Unless you choose to do so or comply with relevant laws and regulations, we will not provide the above information to the outside world or use it for other purposes other than the above functions.
2.6Watch Number:
When your watch is bound, we will prompt you to enter the watch number so that you can call your child in the APP. After obtaining your explicit consent, we will collect the watch's phone number.
2.7Exercise Information:
When you use the exercise function, the bound watch will report the exercise status of the watch, including step information, calories consumed, and mileage information, so that you can understand the exercise status of the bound watch.
2.8Dingding Chatting Message Records :
In order to ensure that messages can be successfully sent when using Dingding chatting, chat messages need to be temporarily stored and sent through the Dingding Smart Application Server. Dingding Smart App will not use messages for any purpose other than sending, will not provide them to third parties, and will take data encryption measures.
2.9Photos and Videos :
If the watch you bind supports taking photos and recording videos, we will obtain the photos and videos taken by your bound watch and synchronize them to this App. If you do not need the photos and videos of the bound watch, you can also set it not to synchronize automatically.
2.10Contacts :
After the user binds the watch or the watch becomes a friend with other watches, we will automatically create the corresponding contact information in the watch address book. Other non-contacts in the address book are added and managed by the administrator of the bound watch, and synchronized to the watch and other binders. When the administrator adds a contact, in order to facilitate adding numbers, the software supports selecting phone numbers from the mobile phone address book. When you use this function, we will pop up a window to apply for permission to obtain the address book. After you agree, we will obtain your mobile phone address book, so that you can select phone numbers from the mobile phone address book as contact numbers in the watch address book. If you do not want the software to obtain your mobile phone address book, you can choose to refuse when the software applies for permission, or turn off this permission.
2.11Information and data about the use of software and related services
In order to ensure the security of the services and help us better understand the operation of the software and related services, we may record information and data about your use of the software and related services, such as the frequency of your use of the software and related services, crash data, overall usage, performance data, etc.
2.12List of installed applications :
When you use our services, if you want to share content to a third-party app, we need to determine whether the third-party app is installed, so we will read the list of installed applications to provide you with the correct sharing function.
2.13Auto-start:
When you use our services, you will receive message notifications from your watch. In order to ensure that messages can be notified to you in a timely manner, we need to use the auto-start service so that messages can be notified to you normally. If you want to turn off the auto-start function, you may not receive message notifications. You can turn off the auto-start function in Settings-Apps-Auto-start Management.

1.Entrusted Processing:
In order to provide you with more complete and higher-quality products and services, we may entrust partners to process some of your personal information. We will sign a strict confidentiality agreement with the companies, organizations and individuals we entrust to process your personal information, clarifying the data processing matters, processing period, processing nature, processing purpose and responsibilities of both parties, and require partners to process your personal information only in accordance with our requirements, the provisions of this policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. （3）Sharing with affiliated companies: Your information may be shared among affiliated companies of Dingding Smart Application in order to connect with our other products or services, provide you with better services, or protect the personal and property safety of Dingding Smart Technology’s affiliated companies or other users or the public from infringement. We will only share your personal information among Dingding Smart Technology’s affiliated companies for specific, clear and legal purposes and within the scope of this policy, and will only share information necessary to provide services. For example: In order to avoid duplicate registration when registering a Dingding Smart application account, we need to perform a global uniqueness check on the account to be registered; however, for information shared with affiliated companies, we will require affiliated companies to take protection measures for your information that are no less stringent than those stated in this policy, and strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations and regulatory requirements. （4）In the after-sales maintenance service, we will entrust a third-party service provider to provide you with maintenance services. （5）Third-party SDK
Some functions in Dingding Smart Application are provided by our cooperating third-party organizations (hereinafter referred to as "SDK technical service providers") in the form of SDK plug-ins. The SDK technical service providers will obtain the corresponding permissions and information based on the necessity of providing functions or services to you. Please read our SDK list below in detail to understand the names of our specific integrated SDKs, SDK technical service providers, SDK application scenarios (SDK types), and the types of permissions and personal information obtained by the SDK. We have conducted security monitoring on the SDKs integrated in this software to ensure that these SDKs only use the basic permissions required to implement their functions or services. When you click to agree to this policy, you also authorize and agree that the SDK technical service provider obtains and processes your permissions and information in accordance with the following form.

3. Transfer:
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following circumstances:

1. We attach great importance to the privacy and personal information protection of users, and will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal information. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or agreed upon in this policy, we will not disclose or disclose users' personal information to third parties without the user's permission, and will use professional encryption to store and transmit relevant information to ensure the security of users' personal information.

• Necessary to enter into and perform a contract at your request;
• Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling product or service failures;

2. You understand and agree that, without disclosing the privacy information of individual users, Dingding Intelligent has the right to conduct technical analysis of the entire user database, and only the user data that has been anonymized after analysis and organization can be used commercially.
3. Data security measures
（1）Dingding Smart will adopt security protection measures that meet industry standards, including establishing reasonable system specifications and security technologies to prevent your personal information from being accessed, used or modified without authorization, and to avoid data damage or loss. For example, Dingding Smart's network services use encryption technologies such as the Transport Layer Security Protocol, and provide browsing services through https and other methods to ensure the security of user data during transmission; we use encryption technologies (TLS, SSL), anonymization processing and protection mechanisms to encrypt and store user personal information, and isolate it through isolation technology; we manage and regulate the storage and use of personal information by establishing a data classification and grading system, data security management specifications, and data security development specifications; we use information contact confidentiality agreements and other methods to allow only employees and partners of Dingding Smart and Dingding Smart's affiliates who need to know this information to access personal information, and have set up strict access control and monitoring mechanisms for this purpose, and at the same time require all personnel who have access to your personal information to fulfill the corresponding confidentiality obligations. （2）We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that no irrelevant personal information is collected. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless the retention period needs to be extended or is permitted by law.
（3）The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and emails, instant messaging, and communication with other users are not encrypted. We strongly recommend that you don't send personal information through these ways. Please use a complex password to help us ensure the security of your account.
（4）The Internet environment is not 100% secure. Dingding Intelligent will try its best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to Dingding Intelligent. If Dingding Intelligent’s physical, technical, or management protection facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering, or destruction of information, which in turn damages your legal rights and interests, we will bear the corresponding legal liability.
（5）In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, Dingding Intelligent will promptly inform you of the following in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and impact of the security incident, the disposal measures that Dingding Intelligent has taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks on your own, and remedial measures for you, etc. Dingding Intelligent company will promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the incident by email, SMS, phone, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to inform the subject of personal information one by one, we will take reasonable and effective measures to issue an announcement. At the same time, Dingding Intelligent will also proactively report the disposal of personal information security incidents in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.

1. How we store information
（1）Location of information storage
Dingding Smart Application abides by the provisions of laws and regulations, and the information and materials collected about you will be stored on Dingding Smart's servers in mainland China, except for the following circumstances:

Generally speaking, Dingding Smart Application will only retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy. When the relevant services of Dingding Intelligent company ‘s cease to operate, Dingding Intelligent company will notify you through push notifications and announcements, and delete your personal information retained in the server within a reasonable period of time or anonymize it.

3. Deregister your account
You have the right to cancel your Dingding Smart Application Account. You can click "Settings" in the bottom setting -> click "APP Settings" -> click "Cancel Account" -> click "I understand the risks clearly, confirm cancellation" to apply for account cancellation. Account cancellation is irreversible. Once you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with related services and delete all information about your account according to your request, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

Dingding Smart Application will take appropriate technical measures to ensure that you can query, supplement, correct or delete your personal information, or apply to Dingding Smart to supplement, correct or delete relevant information through the feedback or complaint channels published by Dingding Smart products or services; Dingding Smart will process your application according to the process after receiving it. To ensure security, according to the process, Dingding Smart Application may first ask you to verify your identity. We need you to provide your account (mobile phone number) and SMS verification code, and then process your request after successful verification. Dingding Smart will respond within 15 working days. In principle, Dingding Smart does not charge any fees for your reasonable requests, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, Dingding Smart will charge a certain cost fee depending on the situation. Dingding Smart may reject requests that are repeated without reason, require too many technical means (for example, the need to develop a new system or fundamentally change current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very impractical (for example, involving information stored on backup tapes).
If you are unable to access, correct or delete your personal information, or you need to access, correct or delete other personal information generated when you use Dingding Smart Application, or you believe that Dingding Smart Application has violated any laws or regulations or the agreement with you regarding the collection or use of personal information, you can contact Dingding Intelligent company through the official feedback channels of the relevant products or services announced by Dingding Intelligent.
Please note that we will not be able to respond to your request in the following circumstances:
（1）Related to our performance of obligations prescribed by laws and regulations;
（2）Those directly related to national security or national defense security;
（3）Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
（4）Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
（5）We have sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

We will collect, use or disclose the personal information of children or minors when permitted by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of the guardian or when necessary to protect their rights and interests.
